Shipping & Delivery

All orders placed Monday-Saturday before 12PM CST will ship same day. Any order placed after 12PM CST will be shipped the following day. All packages will be shipped if delivery service is available and the product is in stock at the time. Please note that delays may happen, and Panama Vapor cannot guarantee an arrival time.

  • We ship to the United States only.
  • All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. If we are able to provide you with a tracking number we will do so via the email you used to submit your order.
  • You will be charged a flat rate of $5.15 for your shipping, if your order sub-total is $29.99 or less. All orders with a sub-total of $30.00 or more will be entitled to free shipping.
  • If an item on your order is out of stock, we will notify you and will ship the product as soon as we have it back in stock. If we are able to give an estimated arrival date we may do so, this is just an estimate, as we cannot guarantee an arrival time.

Panama Vapor values your security. We protect your information a variety of ways. Our site is scanned daily by Comodo HackerProof technology, you can see our scan status for the current day by rolling your mouse over the Comodo HackerProof logo at the bottom of the site. Comodo is a trusted leader is website security and encryption technologies. Comodo is also our EV SSL Certificate issuer. EV means that our site is validated by more stringent controls than a regular site. If you look at the address bar during your checkout process, you will notice that instead of just https:// you will also see either a green address bar or a green box next to https:// this should display "Panama Vapor, Inc." Returns & Replacements

Due to the type of product we sale, we must enforce a strict return and exchange policy. Please read and understand this policy prior to placing an order with us.

  • There will be no refunds issued once an order has been placed.

    e-Liquids cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

    Cartomizers, Atomizers, & Cartridges cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

    Batteries have a DOA warranty for the first 7 days after you submit your order.

    Shipping fees are non-refundable


e-Liquid Policy:
 This product comes in many varieties and flavors, and due to the personal taste preference of each individual customer we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any e-Liquid products. This includes DIY flavoring oils and No Flavor base e-Liquid also. 

Cartomizers, Atomizers, & Empty Cartridge Policy: Cartomizers, Atomizers, Dual Coil Cartomizers, Clearomizers, Dual Coil Tank Cartomizers, & any other item in this category has no warranty or return period and these items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Empty cartridges are able to be exchanged for another type if there was an error in the type ordered. Empty cartridges must be in the original individual wrappers and the box that they were enclosed in. This exchange must take place within 14 days of the order submission date. Exchanges will not be accepted past this time frame. All shipping and packaging fees are the responsibility of the consumer, including return postage which will paid for via credit card online when the exchange has been accepted. 

Fulfillment Errors: If an error is noticed on Panama Vapors part, this includes but is not limited to incorrect or missing items in your order. You must notify us within 14 days of the orders submission date. Requests to fix an incorrect order will not be accepted past this time frame. Please inspect your order upon receiving it. We will not ship the item until we have received the returned product that was originally incorrect if applicable. 

Battery Policy: Batteries have a DOA (Dead on Arrival) warranty. If the battery you received was DOA please contact us immediately. An exchange on a DOA battery must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. Claims for DOA batteries will not be accepted after 7 days of received your order. Eligibility for an exchange is limited to products determined to have manufacturers defects or improper failure. Products that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or modifications will not be exchanged and will only be returned at the consumers expense. Products determined by Panama Vapor staff to be DOA will be exchanged and shipped at Panama Vapor's expense.

Ordering
You must be 18 or older to order from our website. Occasionally we may request additional information to verify your age such as Drivers License or Identification Number. This is only for record keeping purposes and will never be used, sold, or reproduced in any fashion. Panama Vapor reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason. A member of Panama Vapor's staff will contact the orderer to inform them of the refusal. Upon refusal a refund will be issued minus any fees that may have been associated with the refusal (if any).
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Panama Vapor reserves the right to change, modify, or adjust price(s) of product(s) at any time, with or without notice. When a special or promotion is introduced, you must use the coupon code associated with the promotion. Some promotions and specials will automatically apply in your shopping cart before checkout. Coupons, discounts, promotions, or specials may have other terms and conditions included with them. At no time will these terms supersede terms and conditions associated with specific coupons, specials, promotions, or deals. You can sign up for price alerts on any product to receive an email if the price changes or a special is introduced for that product.
